The secrets of the manufacturing of the PISTE NOIRE chocolates arrive from the other end of the world... More specifically from San Carlos de Bariloche and the eternal snow of Patagonia. Located at the heart of the national park of Nahuel Huapi, this small city of Rio Negro is very popular for its ski resort and deemed to be the CHOCOLATE'S PARADISE IN ARGENTINA !

Brought up since childhood by the flavors of these famous chocolate mills, Florencia Malbràn was trained by the elders. Accepting to reveal to her their secrets, these magicians of taste taught her their techniques and their rigour in respect of the local traditions.

It is an exceptional legacy that this young woman makes us share exclusively with PISTE NOIRE, an artisanal chocolate mill located at the Center of the Courchevel 1850 resort.
