Wearing a wetsuit (supplied), you'll follow your instructor under the frozen Lac du Praz, in complete safety.
Open your eyes wide and enjoy this magical moment when the light plays with the transparency of the ice. An intense experience guaranteed!
A must-do at least once in your life.

The dive lasts around twenty minutes, so as not to exhaust bodies already worn out by the effort and cold, but allow 1:30h for the activity.
